When Marian Rivera cried last week in the Press-con for the new Regal movie, Temptation Island, Heart Evangelista was with BF Daniel Matsunaga in Brazil.

And so some were saying that "it's unfair to talk about the issue when the other party is not around," I'm quoting  Lovie Poe's statements during the event.

Well, it seemed Love Marie Ongpauco a.k.a Heart has taken the silent path.

Yes she did say some "reaction" via Twitter when the issue was brought up in-front of the press in Manila, and then has laid low - but not on her social micro-blogging site.

You see, beautiful girl is re-tweeting meaty quotes.

And for a sane mind, it would be just normal to think that she's referring to the things that had happened before, with Marian Rivera in the picture.

Heart is not dropping names, but she's obviously referring to her "detractors" who were saying bad things against her, and to her mother - who don't know them that much.

Each story has its sides. We have heard Marian, we haven't heard Heart's.
And from the start, she had kept quiet about it, she had followed Regal's orders to not talk about it.






After all, girl is pretty secured of what she is.

Now, everyone's been waiting for her to come back. Will she answer all the issues the moment she step foot in Manila? We'll see.

Marian Rivera - Robin Padilla Valentine Movie Pairing, Fans Say NO

Because Jun Nardo knew better, the tabloid columnist has again said that Rossele Monteverde-Teo, Regal's EP, is courting Pinoy action star Robin Padilla to be paired with... drum roll's please, Marian Rivera.

The rumor mill said that it's a Valentine movie slated to be shown February 2012.

The news spread like wildfire, everybody got excited but not some of Marian's fans. Allegedly, they were not in-favor of the pairing since Robin Padilla is the relative of Bella Padilla, the girl during the "Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang" days who got linked to Rivera's BF, Dingdong Dantes.

Lolit Solis wrote that Rivera's fans were furious because they still could not forget the harsh words spoken by Robin's mom  to Marian, during the height of the Dingdong Dantes-Bella Padilla issue.

The competition is getting tough amid the rumors that John Llyod Cruz and Angel Locsin will also be doing a Valentine movie for Star Cinema due next year.

Shiz! I don't think that the studio or even Marian will go for her fans' whims if Regal insisted. After all, Amaya is a contract star bound to obey.

Despite the gag order to the cast of Temptation Island, the press-people won in making Marian Rivera speak about her "misunderstanding" with co-star, Heart Evangelista.

Everyone thought they're okay, until now that Marianita was still harboring ill feelings toward Love Marie Ongpauco (Heart's real name.)

In the press-con for their new Regal Movie at Imperial Palace Suites on June 23, 2011, Marian cried and joked about the incident, but she's still mum about the "shouting at her" by Heart's mom. 

Her lines were always "Itanong niyo sa cast, Itanong niyo sa production team" etc. etc.

The gist, Marian was disappointed with her EX-friend. 

She ranted that she's the one who convinced the latter to join the movie, and that she's always there to fight for Heart whenever the girl is in trouble - all in exchange for the humiliation by Heart's mom in public.

"Ang hirap talaga...yon lang, Hindi ko kawalan," Marian added

Dingdong's GF, Ms. Rivera has said all this because Heart is not around. You see, beautiful girl is in Brazil and she knew about what happened in the Press-con.

During the event, Dingdong Dantes reportedly told Lolit Solis that he'll not accept the scheduled project lined up by GMA 7 that will pair him with Heart.

Dingdong Dantes will ditch out his scheduled project with Heart Evangelista in the Kapuso network. This is because of the incident where Heart's mom, armed with 15 bodyguards, reportedly shouted at Marian in the airport.

Marian's fans have earlier expressed their disapproval about the pairing of Dong and Heart since according to them, Heart does not deserve to be with Marian's BF after what happened.

Early this week, Rossele Monteverde,  Tempation Island's Executive producer, told the press that Marian and Heart have settled their issues.

However, in the presscon held today (June 23, 2011) at Imperial Palace Suites for the movie, Temptation Island, Marian cried when she recounted the incident that made her looked like a "kawawa."

When asked if she's having regrets about convincing Heart to be in the movie, she replied, "Hindi kawalan."

Heart Evangelista is now in Brazil with model boyfriend, Daniel Matsunaga. Heart will not be around during the film's premiere night.

Heart and Marian have patched things up - that is if we'll believe Temptation Island's Executive Producer, Rossele Monteverde.

She confirmed that everything is over and she's not worried because she saw the two Kapuso actress "socializing" with each other on the set (that is after the airport incident where Heart's Mom, armed with bodyguards, reportedly screamed at Marian.)

The Regal Film's matriarch, Mother Lily  had earlier issued a gag order to the celebrities involved to not comment about the issue.

Well, Mother Lily's daughter was not in the scene when the incident took place, so Roselle talked to Marian and Heart to explain their sides, and according to her, "Each has their own story"

PEP asked Roselle about what really started the fight but the E.P. declined to divulge the meaty details.

I'm just wondering, was that a real truce or were they just being "showbiz" about the alleged reconciliation? Point in case: If there's a real "fight" to start with.
Mind you,  a lot have been speculating that this is one of the many "publicity" stunts to boost up the film's popularity.

Mother Lily-pad has issued a gag order to the Temptation Island girls not to comment about the feud between Marian and Heart.

The Regal Matriarch told Jun Nardo, “Ayoko kasi ng mga negative tungkol sa movie. Kaya naman we talked to all concerned na huwag nang palakihin ang isyu. Ang bait-bait nga ni Marian and I also love Heart naman. Malaki na ang nagastos namin sa movie kaya please, ayoko ng mga negative vibes! Tapos na tayo doon! Ha! Ha!"

So if the sluts stars are mum, here come the fans. They are obviously siding with their idols. 

A certain Trish Madrigal (an obvious Marian Rivera fan) cared to send the Pinoy Entertainment Press her version of what really happened in Ilocos. 

In an article posted on Ms. Solis' PSN coloumn, Trish, a FAN OF MARIAN,  recounted the "incident"

“There was actually some kind of problem between Marian and Heart at the Temptation Island shoot. Heart was egging Marian on by asking when will she and Dingdong get married. Are they going to follow Jolina (Magdangal) and Mark (Escueta) next? And if that happens, Heart is going to dedicate a mass for Marian.

“Two of the people that were with Heart that day were also taunting Marian with jokes about her penchant for speaking Tagalog, they called her “BOBITA” (stupid), and made fun of Marian’s age and saggy skin.

“Marian talked to Heart about her jokes and they fixed it right away. Afterwards, Marian and Lovi (Poe) were talking about showbiz generally, and how there are some who aren’t really as they seem. Heart took offense to it and started crying (hmmm, I wonder why) then called her mother, and a few of her fans. Hence the angry twits towards Marian."

“What Heart’s fans is claiming as Lovi being a friend to Heart is because Lovi tried to explain everything to her that she’s not the one they’re talking about. If Heart is such a good friend to Marian why would she be insulted that Marian and Lovi are talking about fakes in showbiz.

“I mean Lovi and Marian were discussing it. After that was settled Heart told her fans to make peace and don’t say bad things to Marian coz they’re OK."

“Marian and Heart fixed that too and decided that once they’re back in Manila, it’s all good. BYGONES. Or so Marian thought. It got worse at the airport because Heart either neglected to call her Mother back or maybe she wasn’t genuine in her PEACE talks.

“When the girls arrived at the airport, Heart’s Mom was waiting there with eight cops. She said hi to Solenn Heussaff and Lovi Poe but snubbed Marian Rivera so Marian went to Heart to kiss her goodbye but Heart’s Mom grabbed her daughter away from Marian and told Marian to stay away from Heart.

“Marian was so humiliated all she could do was cry. Lovi Poe hugged Marian and also cried for her friend."

I do hope that this gimmick "feud" slash issue will bring more millions to their movie.

The rumor mill says it's Marian vs. Heart on the set of Temptation Island. These two Kapuso leading ladies have been quarreling for some reasons yet unknown (to us). Raymond confirmed it in Showbiz Central yesterday.

I don't need to hear the cause of the supposed misunderstanding because I know who started it, it's obvious.

It seems, Marian has met her match... Heart's mother, Mrs. Ongpauco. A tabloid writer said that when the Temptation girls were at the airport bound to Manila, Marian allegedly went to Heart to make amends to say goodbye but Mrs. Ongpauco came for her daughter's rescue (armed with bodyguards) and screamed at Marian, "Stay away from my daughter!!"

Poor Amaya, she reportedly cried about what happened.

Meanwhile, Daniel Matsunaga's girlfriend tweeted peace the other day when she said, “To all @Heartworld…Let’s all not make a big fuss Marian and I are ok…Showbiz is showbiz so heartworld wag na tayo mag-away away.”

Very showbiz?

Now, let's hope that this is not one of those "publicity gimmicks" made by Regal for their movie to be "talked-about."

Amaya Star, Marian Rivera Does Not Believe In Divorce

Well, our "self-proclaimed" prime-time queen has said in an interview that divorce is not in her vocabulary, and she doesn't want any "separation" laws in the Philippines. Did I just see Sergio, the boyfriend scratching his balls head?

Seriously, Amaya's stand is quite "phenomenal," at-least she believes in the sanctity of marriage. Now, Sergio is thinking if he'll marry this woman. There's no turning back, once it's done!

Pinto was on the number 3 spot last week, but managed to emerge on top as of today. Marian Rivera, who's lucky to snag the top post was pushed down on the second slot - again- by Sam this week.

Meanwhile, Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin is in tight competition with Rivera. Angel goes down on the third place.

GMA 7's expensive and overly-hyped "epic" drama did not manage to topple ABS-CBN's weeknight teleserye, Mara Clara.

The Kapuso Channel's TV Ratings Generator, AGB Nielsen delivered them the "shocking" result? today about how their "epicserye" failed faired on its premiere last night.  The Marian Rivera starrer, Amaya posted a 14.3% rating opposite Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin who got only 11.6%. 

But wait,  don't rejoice yet.
Though Amaya may have won the ratings for its counterpart on the same time-slot, it did not however  manage to dethrone Mara Clara on top, which garnered a 14.7% rating.

Amaya - GMA7, Flop or On Top?

For an expensive GMA show, i mean, that's not good. Whatever happened to the Kapuso primetime power? 

Maybe because Marian's character hasn't arrived -on the screen- yet, that's why it isn't rating that much. Ha?!

Sometimes, TV ratings are meant to bewilder us.

Just look at what these two broadcasting giants are doing, they each have their own ratings generator. ABS-CBN has TNS Kantar Media while GMA-7 has AGB Neilsen.

So who's to decide if the Marian Rivera's starrer, Amaya did good last night?

TNS says it flopped. (Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin 33.6% vs. Amaya 19.1%)*

AGB says it's quite on top.(Amaya 14.3% vs. Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin 11.6%)**

Just when your culture gets raped. What a better way to abuse lewdness than to display almost naked men - which according to reports wear only bahag and no undies - because Direk says so? Girls with hanging/midrift costumes, the recent one which turned me off was that prick trailer where the lead actress runs topless.

I do not hate GMA 7. In-fact, I'm a big fan of their News and Current Affairs Programs - I idolize Jessica Soho because she's fair and she stands for what's true and real. Unlike this new show that will premiere in The Kapuso Network - coincidentally- on May 30, the hyped Marian Rivera star-rer, Amaya.

Question, would their Entertainment Department pursue Amaya  say if all  the cast members where dressed up from head to toe? Of course not!

Why does the production team banks on the "historical" content of the so called 'epic-serye' when in truth, wether they  admit it or not, the "skin factor" is on the top of the their list. It's like,  the more skin you show, the more the audience ratings will soar. 

How did I arrive with this? Because for some time, the network has used this formula  in their previous shows. - or i could be wrong. It has got to have some sexy-ness in it, or it wouldn't rate. AGB Nielsen, GMA's trusted, delivered data these past weeks wherein Channel 7's evening soaps fell short of ABS-CBN's teleserye's that now dominate the prime-time block. The pressure is on GMA, Amaya is a multi-million project and it has to rate high, otherwise someone's gonna be fired.

My point is, because its less-clothes- "pre-historic," they have all the liberty to manipulate sensuality within the costumes, without much obviousness because, again, it's 'educational.' Clever much.

I'm not an expert, i am just expressing my opinion. It's because being an "average" viewer, I sense that their intentions are not pure. They say it's authentic well then 'authentic' their asses. If they want to aim for authenticity then show us the real "scenario," the 'unadulterated' details and facts about our ancestors that lived  during that time. It wouldn't be as glossy and sensual like your "Amaya" 

On second thought, maybe i am just over-reacting.

Dingdong Dantes Says Marian Rivera's 'Pambabatok Kay Manny Pacquiao' Is A Sign of Endearment

Marian Rivera has recently been the talk of the town because of her "batok" moment with the Pambansang Kamao, Manny Pacquiao last sunday in Party Pilipinas.

After the honorable Congressman performed his song, Marian came from behind and gave the Pound-for-pound king a "solid" hit on his nape - a stunning display of what Rivera say's she's just being true to herself (Good Job!)

In an article published in PEP today, Rivera's real life-leading man and sweetheart Dingdong Dantes has this to say.

"Alam ninyo, ako, kahit nung patner ko siya, e, talagang ganun siya. palabiro talaga." Okay, we know that.

"At saka hindi niya gagawin sa isang tao yun kung walang level of closeness, na alam niyang it will be comfortable for both, diba? Hmm, since when "closeness" with Manny  gave Ms. Rivera the right to disrespect the people-hailed-public servant on National TV?

"So maaring hindi lang siguro sila sanay na makakita ng ganun..." Of course!

"Pag sa akin ginawa, dahil partner ko siya noon-noon pa, e, matutuwa ako." We don't care because maybe it's their fetish, S&M thing? 

"Hindi yun batok, kundi yung...alam mo yung lambing?" Seriously? That's how Marian Rivera express her endearment towards someone? 

I have nothing more to say. I have said enough. Dingdong Dante's lame ass reasoning is getting into my nerves. Did you know that i love Marian? So the next time i'll see her, babatukan ko rin siya. :)

Marian Rivera Settles Rift With Cristy Fermin

Forgiveness is more than saying "sorry."

Last year, the ever-war goddess Cristy Fermin brought word-destruction to Marian Rivera and her boyfriend, Dingdong Dantes on her tabloid coloumns after Marianita allegedly snubbed the TV host inside the Bambi Fuentes salon.

Well, today it's a different story.

Ferminita has just announced that she and the "Amaya" actress are now in good terms.

The "rift" was settled the other day inside Bambi's salon, where it all began.

How do you mend a misunderstanding without asking for forgiveness?

Popoy Caritativo, Marian's manager has this to say, "Walang humingi ng tawad at walang nagpatawad. Nagkatinginan, nag-ngitian, nagkalinawan at nagkaayos. Ganun kasimple."

Marian reportedly made the first move as she hugged Fermin and said, "Nay, ayoko na."

What?! You know this is what you call a "shallow" settlement, where you don't deal with the real issue.

Time will come, they'll be enemies again because the root of the problem was not resolved. 

But then again, it's their "pride-filled" life, if that's how they want it done, so be it.
